Jon Roosen is a Senior Partner with the Multifamily Advisory Partners at SVN | Wood Properties in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he specializes in multifamily investment sales throughout East Tennessee and the surrounding region.
Jon brings more than a decade of commercial real estate and investment experience to his role, with a background spanning acquisitions, underwriting, investor relations, capital raising, asset evaluation, and brokerage. Prior to joining SVN | Wood Properties, Jon spent nearly five years as Director of Acquisitions and Investor Relations with Moneil Investment Group, where he was involved in the acquisition and growth of a substantial multifamily investment portfolio.
Today, Jon advises apartment owners, private investors, family offices, developers, and institutional clients on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties and development opportunities. His experience on both the principal and brokerage sides of the business allows him to approach transactions from an investor’s perspective, with a strong understanding of valuation, underwriting, capital markets, and deal execution.

The team has completed hundreds of millions of dollars in multifamily transactions and has represented owners across a broad range of apartment communities, portfolios, and development opportunities.
Jon has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for Sales Transactions in Knoxville and has received recognition through SVN’s national awards program.
Jon earned his bachelor’s degree from Saginaw Valley State University, where he was also a collegiate athlete.
